Michael, Thomas and Ann-Kathrin Mack, co-partners of Europa-Park in Rust, were awarded the renowned ‘Hotelier of the Year’ award in Berlin. The ahgz - Allgemeine Hotel- und Gastronomie-Zeitung (dfv media group) has honoured outstanding achievements in the hotel industry with this prestigious award since 1990. “There is nothing better than seeing happy guests. That is our motivation,” says Michael Mack. Ann-Kathrin made it clear that the award is an incentive to keep going, to get bigger and to develop further. “We will not stand still.
