Europa-Park and star director Luc Besson are working together again following ‘ARTHUR - In the Minimoys’ Kingdom’. As part of the extensive renovations in the French themed area, the future virtual reality experience on ‘Eurosat Coastiality’ will feature Besson's space blockbuster ‘Valerian - The City of a Thousand Planets’. In order to enable the unique ride, a separate train station with shifting track is integrated into the dark ride rollercoaster for the first time. From summer onwards, the classic ‘Eurosat - CanCan Coaster’ and the innovative VR ride become two attractions in one ride that follow the same route - a world first in 2018. In an interview, Luc Besson reveals details about the collaboration with Michael Mack and how it has advanced his career.
