Brian Bojsen, Danish chef and food consultant, is out and about in Scandinavia with Thomas Mack, managing partner of Europa-Park. Their aim is to experience Nordic cuisine up close in order to be able to offer guests of hotel Krønasår authentic Scandinavian cuisine. Brian comes from Scandinavia and is therefore perfectly suited as a consultant. Holger Strütt, head chef at the Krønasår, is also going on the trip.
