Stefan welcomes Volker Klaiber, member of the management and director for Operations and Services in the studio. He explains what his job is all about. Stefan also learns which processes and which people are necessary to enable every Europa-Park visitor to have a great day. Jessica De Jong makes her way to the decoration workshop, where she meets Gert Dörflinger. Gerd shows her the journey from the raw material to the finished figure. He explains how a character is created, how many people work on it and what the whole process looks like.
