Europa-Park is open and already attracting visitors with a number of attractions. At the beginning, everything seems to be a complete success. New rides such as Tirol Log Flume, the Ghost Castle (designed by Heinz Opitz), Grottenblitz, Alpenexpress ‘Enzian' and restaurants such as the one in the historic Balthasar Castle or the renovated Seehaus Restaurant have been well received by guests. However, behind the scenes, not everything is going as smoothly as it seems. In particular, the expansion of the park with themed areas in collaboration with film architect Ulrich Damrau provides a lot of fuel for conflict for Franz and Roland Mack.

One of the numerous attractions is and remains the number 1 for a long time - the Euro Tower! Although no one could have predicted how successful the second-hand ride would be.
